Q. What is a CellCast?
A. A CellCast consists of a Sales Quencher’s quote and sales nugget of the day along with a corresponding question sent to a salesperson’s mobile phone or accessed when calling into our hotline. Each CellCast is approximately 1-2 minutes long.
Q. When calling the Sales Quencher’s hotline how do I select a specific Subject Category, Expert or Title that I want to listen to when you have so many choices and my phone doesn’t give me options to choose?
A. You have two options here: 1) you can search on our website by Subject Category, Expert and Title, or 2) you can print the title list and carry it in your car for easy and instant access when your on the road (suggested).
Q. Does Sales Quenchers charge me every time I call the hotline and listen to a CellCast?
A. No, you can call as often as you wish and any time you wish and there is no charge.
Q. As a subscriber how do I access the Mobile “t” library?
A. You will see a link on the Sales Quencher’s homepage titled: May We Suggest: click on Mobile “t” and then click on: Access the Sales Quencher’s Library. You can view titles from any web-enabled mobile phone or from your computer.
Q. When a scheduled/broadcasted call is left in my voicemail and I try to press option 1 when prompted, it doesn’t work—why?
A. It doesn’t work because it’s a recording and it’s not live, therefore, it’s not connected to our system anymore.
Q. Sometimes my scheduled/broadcasted call comes at a time when I don't have time to listen to it. So, how do I postpone the call and get it later?
A. If you have answered the call you can press 0 and get a call-back two hours later. If you didn't answer the original call you can call 1-314-480-3559 at anytime and press 1 when prompted for the Sales Nugget of the Day (which is the same as your broadcasted call).
Q. How to I retrieve one or more missed scheduled/broadcasted calls?
A. Call the Sales Quencher’s Hotline @ 1-314-480-3559 and press 2 when prompted to receive up to 3 missed calls.
Q. What should I do if my scheduled/broadcasted calls are not coming in at the time slot I requested?
A. please email us right away at: support@salesquenchers.com and let us know what time you’re currently receiving your calls and what time you believe you should be receiving them; please include your full name in the email.
Q. Can I change the time slot for when I receive my scheduled/broadcasted call?
A. Yes you can. Just email us your new requested time slot (AM, early afternoon, late afternoon) along with your full name to: support@salesquenchers.com.
Q. I have not received my daily Sales Quencher’s Quote and Sales Nugget of the Day by email?
A. Most of the time subscribers who are not receiving their daily emails are not because it’s being blocked by their servers (they see it as junk mail). You should look in your junk mail box to see if it has been going there. If it has, you'll need to click on it and change your settings to let your server know that this is a safe source and to let it through. If it is not in your junk mail, please contact us at: support @salesquenchers.com
Q. Do I have to rate each CellCast after I listen to it?
A. No, you don't. But, if you and other users do, it will give you a heads up as to which CellCasts are average and which ones are kick-butt good!
